Q & A

I try not to play favorites with any of the muscle groups. If I lift back and biceps one day, I make sure I give attention to a different part of the body the following day. This cycle runs pretty smoothly until I get to shoulders, which tend to fatigue significantly quicker than the other muscle groups. Are there any exercises or stretches I can do to improve my shoulder stamina?

First, you aren’t just working shoulders one day per week. Every time you push or pull, your shoulders are active. Unless your goals are purely aimed towards muscle growth, there isn’t too much of a need for a ton of direct shoulder work.

Spend more time on prehab and then just pick a couple exercises that you feel give you the most return. You can do a lot of things and suck at all of them or you can do fewer things and really make them count.
